Our adventure started out with lots of big ole bumps and dips and I-want-to-go-backs. And has evolved into a place to chronicle it all: the sweet, the contemplative, the painful, and the please-say-I'm-not-alone...Welcome. And please say I'm not alone.

Left one out...
The list of "Mom-isms" wouldn't be complete without:
"You're cruisin for a bruisin."
I know I'll say it to Jackson or Sesame one of these days!!! Did anybody else's Mom use this one?
I have said that too. I also add: "I am gonna pound on you!" never done that of course! "stop suffocating your sister!" lots of others... but I know I say a ton of things I never thought I would:P)

Oh, yeah! I heard that one a LOT! My mom also like, "Harder than the rock of Gibraltar" and "Out the yin-yang."
Yes, my mom and my grandma used this mom-ism. However, it could also be followed by "Itchin' for a switchin'". Too funny!
My mom did, and so did her mom.
I think every mother in the history of the world has used some form of that one.
I use that more that I will ever admit!

I remember your mom saying that one. :)
